What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of testing and QA activities for the Sales App project.
• Establish a scalable test setup with strong automation coverage and reduced defect leakage.
• Define and implement modern branching and testing strategies aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
• Use quality metrics to drive release governance and informed go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts in a matrix environment.
• Contribute to increasing test maturity and engineering standards across Group IT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test leadership or senior test roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or C#.
• Working knowledge of whitebox testing and CI/CD integration.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced) and experience in manual testing.
