TL;DR

Salary: EUR 5,000–5,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Own the testing strategy across the full test pyramid, including unit, integration, E2E, and API tests.
- Design and manage quality gates within Azure CI/CD pipelines to facilitate a path toward continuous delivery.
- Raise engineering standards by coaching developers and conducting hands-on code reviews.
- Track and drive improvement using quality metrics such as escape defect rate, change failure rate, and DORA metrics.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering to foster a shift-left culture where quality is integrated into the development process.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software or quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and owning test code within a production codebase.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, ideally within Azure.
- Experience with API testing and a solid understanding of DORA metrics.
- Must be based in or near Copenhagen, Odense, Vilnius, or Kaunas.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a SaaS product company.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6 or JMeter.
