Join Our Test Team – Multiple Roles Available (Aerospace)

TL;DR

QA Team (Software Testing/Python): Developing and executing quality assurance for integrated communication solutions in the defense sector with an accent on system integration and acceptance testing. Focus on designing automated Python scripts, analyzing complex system behaviors, and ensuring reliability for military-grade software.

Location: Sonderborg, Denmark. Candidates must have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years to obtain required security clearance.

What you will do

• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and procedures for system integration and acceptance tests.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external acceptance tests to ensure products align with customer needs.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and track resolutions to maintain high quality across project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, system architects, and product support to resolve technical issues.
• Generate test status reports and quality metrics for project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Educational background in Software, IT, or equivalent professional testing experience.
• Practical experience with software testing and test design techniques.
• Fluent written and oral English (C1).
• Ability to obtain security clearance (minimum 7 years residency in NATO/EU).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for navigating complex technical systems.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent.
