TL;DR
Sr. Solutions Engineer (US Army): Provide pre-sales technical support for implementing products and solutions with an accent on solution design, system engineering configurations, and proof of concepts. Focus on delivering CxO-to-technical presentations, troubleshooting and architecture guidance, and supporting customer/partner escalations while holding an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
Location: Field-FL (Preferred: Orlando, FL; open to candidates residing in DC, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina or Texas)
Salary: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00 per year

What you will do
- Deliver technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Design differentiating solutions and articulate technical and business value versus competitors.
- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the product set, relevant industry technologies, and sales aptitude.
- Own or assist change request (CR) and customer special request (CSR) cases; support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Use Salesforce.com and SE tools (CSR, Aha!, SharePoint, etc.) to identify, qualify, and drive technical opportunities.
- Partner with sales and technical support to resolve issues and guide customers on architecture and solutioning.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- 8+ years of related industry experience and 4+ years of pre-sales experience.
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Expert written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- System administration knowledge with UNIX and/or Microsoft; network design background.
- Proficiency in configuration and troubleshooting, Active Directory, domain design, and authentication processes.
