Location: Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area. This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-office work.

Salary: $29.00 - $32.00 / hour

What you will do

• Write ad copy for diverse clientele and internal corporate departments.
• Interpret member spec sheets to capture specific brand voice, tone, and audience preferences.
• Manage simultaneous copywriting projects across multiple accounts while meeting deadlines.
• Create web and social media content for corporate and client needs.
• Develop email marketing, print newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with proofers, designers, and marketing managers on campaigns and event materials.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and AP Style guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, journalism, or professional writing preferred.

Nice to have

• Expertise with SEO, AIO, and GEO.
• Experience in a membership-based agency or multi-client environment.
• Experience writing about medical topics.
• Work experience with print, broadcast, and web formats.
