What you will do

• Define and champion the multi-year technical roadmap for search serving, vector infrastructure, and agentic retrieval.
• Own the technical strategy for retrieval systems grounding Rovo agents and AI workflows, including RAG infrastructure at scale.
• Drive high-impact initiatives across the Search Platform, ML Platform, AI Gateway, and Rovo product teams.
• Set the standard for production ML serving, cost discipline (FinOps), and reliability across the search stack.
• Raise the technical bar through code review, design feedback, and mentoring senior engineers toward principal-level impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and scaling production ML systems and search infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives without relying on positional authority.
• Must have legal work authorization for the United States.
