Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nagoya, Osaka, or Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Triage and resolve inbound technical support cases for enterprise customers.
- Document root causes, best practices, and technical activity.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams based on customer experience and product testing.
- Collaborate with other support engineers to assist with complex cases.
- Answer technical questions within the community site.
Requirements
- Japanese fluency is required.
- 3+ years of experience in networking, security, operations, or scripting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to master new technologies.
- Ability to work independently on complex enterprise issues.
- Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Good judgment in weighing cost and value during decision-making.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with the platform.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSE, Security+, Network+).
- Experience with bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
- Background in endpoint security, incident response, or systems management.
