TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Nagoya, Osaka, or Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Triage and resolve inbound technical support cases for enterprise customers.
  • Document root causes, best practices, and technical activity.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback to engineering teams based on customer experience and product testing.
  • Collaborate with other support engineers to assist with complex cases.
  • Answer technical questions within the hirify.global community site.

Requirements

  • Japanese fluency is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in networking, security, operations, or scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to master new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently on complex enterprise issues.
  • Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Good judgment in weighing cost and value during decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSE, Security+, Network+).
  • Experience with bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
  • Background in endpoint security, incident response, or systems management.
