What you will do

• Provide operational support for IPOs, Follow Ons, Blocks, and Convertible offerings executed in US markets.
• Manage ECM transaction support from pre-launch through to the completion of all post-pricing functions.
• Offer guidance to the ECM team regarding operational processes affecting deal activity.
• Liaise with IB, Legal, Controllers, Engineering, and Operations counterparts to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives designed to promote operational strategy and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of risk management and control in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively manage priorities.
• Solid understanding of operational control frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Critical thinking and creativity regarding process improvement.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
