• Mentor less experienced engineers and document best practices.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to support the full system development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field (Master’s preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in systems analysis or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (SysML) and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
