What you will do

• Own the feature roadmap for Workday and adjacent finance systems.
• Manage configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Workday platform.
• Oversee integrations with surrounding systems to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and vendors to maintain a secure and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance and business units to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience configuring and managing Workday as a platform owner or process manager.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials, Prism, Accounting Centre, and Adaptive Planning.
• Solid grasp of finance processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with data governance, integration frameworks, and SaaS platform management.
