What you will do

• Lead global training deployment and user readiness for the SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Define and deliver comprehensive training strategies including ILT, eLearning, and job aids.
• Conduct training needs analysis across various functions and user groups.
• Drive change and adoption activities aligned with programme milestones.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed new processes into daily operations.
• Manage go-live support, including floorwalking and continuous improvement based on feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training deployment and business readiness for ERP/SAP programmes.
• Strong ability to translate complex processes into effective adoption approaches.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT functions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stockport, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA training or enablement.
• Knowledge of change and training methodologies.
• Exposure to digital adoption tools like SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
