What you will do

  • Develop UX strategies that align with business goals and user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate UX into project plans.
  • Define and advocate for UX guidelines and standards across digital platforms.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for web optimization.
  • Work with content and design teams to optimize existing templates and create new web components.
  • Support senior management on optimization and launch projects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, HCI, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UX strategy, design, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of UX and CRO best practices with a track record of improving conversion and engagement.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience using CMS and CRM systems such as WordPress or Drupal.

  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
