What you will do

• Execute proxy voting tasks to ensure votes are cast accurately and on time.
• Prepare responses to internal and external requests regarding stewardship policies, including RFPs.
• Create reports and materials for internal stakeholders, such as the Investment Stewardship Committee.
• Assist in screening, preparing, and tracking portfolio company engagements.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain investment quality and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
• Demonstrated ability to compile, manage, and interpret data.
• Ability to perform in-depth research and communicate complex information verbally.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Background in investment stewardship, proxy voting, or mutual fund operations.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements through automation.
