Project Manager (Logistics, Operations and Asset Management): End-to-end management of logistics, operations, and asset management to deploy autonomous trucking nationwide with an accent on fleet operations, safety, and compliance. Focus on building and improving SOPs/processes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving continuous operational improvement through risk/dependency management and vendor coordination.

Location: Hybrid position in Pittsburgh, PA (on-site work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Create, propose, and implement processes and standard operating procedures for asset management, registration, and compliance.
• Manage projects end-to-end and drive continuous improvement of asset management and commercial truck operations.
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and optimize operational processes and procedures.
• Lead regular follow-up meetings and coordinate with Product, Product Ops, Hardware, Safety, Policy, and Legal to resolve operational/logistical issues.
• Interface with external vendors to obtain required paperwork, transportation, and/or materials for safe fleet management.
• Handle day-to-day asset management (maintenance scheduling, recall audits, triaging questions) and produce monthly reports.
