What you will do

• Develop and improve the hirify.global Elements product using TypeScript and React.
• Architect and build high-scale, secure, and performant microservices in a cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to maintain high quality standards.
• Solve complex technical problems and advocate for improvements in security and performance.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team processes and tooling.
• Apply Test Driven Development principles and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven expertise in cloud computing (AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Test Driven Development.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and optimize performance in complex systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing external SDKs, APIs, or CLI tools.
• Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions.
• Experience developing systems with cryptography requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across different time zones.
