What you will do
- Resolve standard hardware and software problems for clients.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party technicians to address technical issues.
- Analyze incident history to identify and resolve recurring faults.
- Install, configure, and update equipment and software.
- Manage engineer appointments and update work order statuses.
- Apply troubleshooting checklists and diagnostic tools to implement remote fixes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
- Basic PC literacy and proficiency with Windows-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma.
