What you will do

• Issue copyright licenses via manual and automated systems while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Manage organizational systems for licenses, workflows, and contact databases.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding permission policies and practicalities.
• Negotiate license fees and support the development of new business lines.
• Collaborate with editorial, tax, legal, and compliance teams on bespoke projects.
• Support internal reporting and administrative tasks to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and German (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Berlin.
