Board and Legal Affairs Manager (Legal/Corporate Governance): Providing organizational and content-related support to management and the supervisory board in governance matters with an accent on legal compliance of corporate decisions and implementation of corporate governance standards. Focus on developing the Corporate Office & Legal Operations function and implementing IT-supported workflows.

What you will do

  • Organize and coordinate meetings for the Management Council and Supervisory Board, including agenda preparation and recording minutes in English and German.
  • Advise management on strategic, legal, and regulatory issues to ensure the legal compliance of corporate decisions.
  • Develop and maintain governance policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to corporate governance and advise on proactive mitigation measures.
  • Facilitate communication between decision-making bodies and the organization to ensure transparency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and implement modern Legal Operations workflows in contract and legal entity management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law (qualified lawyer/business lawyer) or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in board affairs, corporate governance, or executive administration.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law, and supervisory law.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid).
