Salary: £62,000–£69,000 (inclusive of shift allowance).

What you will do

• Lead technical improvement projects focused on yield, throughput, and process capability.
• Manage and resolve escalated sustainment issues for diffusion and furnacing technologies.
• Monitor and improve Cpk levels, coordinating R&R studies on metrology equipment.
• Ensure all processes are robust, capable, and fully risk-assessed through regular FMEA reviews.
• Generate and maintain accurate Wafer Fab operator instructions.
• Support new product and platform development through process development activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off (12 hours per day).
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a Process Engineer.
• HND or Degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Specific experience in Diffusion Furnacing Technologies.
