• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to clarify new features.

• Support content migration and scalable documentation processes.
• Apply standards and style guides; drive ongoing content improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years creating SaaS/enterprise product docs.
• Experience on dedicated software docs or content design team.
• Strong writing/editing; explain complex concepts clearly.
• UI text and user-facing content for software apps.
• Expert in topic-based authoring, DITA, and XML; CCMS like Heretto.
• API docs tools (Swagger, Postman) and REST APIs.
