Location: Hybrid, requires two days per week in the Cambridge office, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Identify documentation needs and create content tailored to varying levels of technical expertise.
• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of technical materials.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams to understand product functionality.
• Review documentation produced by others and provide constructive feedback.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for customers and partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a technical writing or documentation-focused role.
• Experience producing documentation for software or hardware technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Must be able to work from the Cambridge office two days per week.
