What you will do

• Design and maintain an enterprise-wide Agentic AI Developer Platform.
• Implement platform components, integrations, and infrastructure for scalable AI solutions.
• Manage the platform lifecycle, including deployment automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI orchestration frameworks and cloud-native services to improve developer experience.
• Create reusable components and development standards to accelerate agent creation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster administration and networking.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Experience delivering at least one production-grade project related to Agentic AI, LLMOps, or GenAI infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Solid understanding of Linux, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agent interoperability.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of AI governance, guardrails, and security practices.
