TL;DR

Strategic Customer Success Manager (Software): Driving success plans and product adoption for high-profile enterprise customers with an accent on stakeholder management and technical liaison. Focus on managing complex project lifecycles, resolving escalations, and leveraging data to ensure business objectives are met.

Location: Must be based in Italy (Remote)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for high-profile customers throughout their product adoption journey.
  • Manage system checks and balances between the company and the customer to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Align internal resources including Engineering, Product Management, and Support to meet customer business objectives.
  • Manage critical escalations and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer activity and data to identify trends, gaps, or issues and action them accordingly.
  • Oversee the execution of Success Plans in accordance with agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Italy
  • Fluent English and Italian or Spanish required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong background in large-scale data platforms and software implementation
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts, networking, and RDBMS
  • Experience with project lifecycle management and stakeholder escalations

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in FSI, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Government
  • Additional language skills
