What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for high-profile customers throughout their product adoption journey.
- Manage system checks and balances between the company and the customer to ensure successful outcomes.
- Align internal resources including Engineering, Product Management, and Support to meet customer business objectives.
- Manage critical escalations and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze customer activity and data to identify trends, gaps, or issues and action them accordingly.
- Oversee the execution of Success Plans in accordance with agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy
- Fluent English and Italian or Spanish required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong background in large-scale data platforms and software implementation
- Understanding of ITIL concepts, networking, and RDBMS
- Experience with project lifecycle management and stakeholder escalations
Nice to have
- Industry experience in FSI, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Government
- Additional language skills
