Location: On-site in New York City (Union Square HQ), 5 days per week

Compensation: OTE $190K – $240K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead an enterprise vertical, owning adoption, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of complex clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor for high-stakes client moments, engaging executive sponsors and quantifying value.
• Develop scalable frameworks, operating rhythms, and coaching cadences to ensure execution quality across the team.
• Drive commercial outcomes by setting targets and guiding complex renewals and expansions.
• Identify systemic blockers and resolve risks at the segment level to protect retention.
• Champion AI as a force multiplier by building and automating workflows to increase team leverage.

Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable client-facing field.
• 3+ years of experience managing client-facing teams, including other managers.
• Proven track record of owning post-sales outcomes for a portfolio of complex clients.
• Must be based in New York City and committed to in-office collaboration 5 days per week.
• Fluency with AI and a builder's mindset for automating workflows.
• Strong data fluency and operational discipline to drive decisions based on portfolio metrics.
