What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute financing solutions to enable growth of the US Power & Gas business.
• Model, forecast, and optimize working capital while interacting with senior internal stakeholders.
• Manage the Borrowing Base Facility and bilateral credit lines, including annual refinancing and negotiations.
• Drive optimization of Treasury processes and systems in partnership with front office, legal, accounting, and IT.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting financing and capital structure for a US Power and Gas trading business.
• Experience sourcing, executing, and managing syndicated and bilateral financing facilities.
• Strong proficiency in modeling, forecasting, and optimizing working capital.
• Tangible knowledge of physical transactions as a trade finance specialist.
• Must be based on-site in Stamford, CT
