What you will do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines to collect and process data across the entire lifecycle.
• Maintain existing data processes, perform root cause analysis on failures, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for large projects, managing requirements, deadlines, and technical delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value problems and deliver robust analytical solutions.
• Support data scientists and operations analysts by providing technical expertise and assessing requirements.
• Define development best practices and coach junior team members through peer reviews.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience building data analytical platforms to deliver business value.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, EventHub, and SSIS.
• Solid understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data storage considerations.
• Track record of taking initiative and delivering projects end-to-end with autonomy.
• Ability to lead meetings, negotiate deliveries, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI or similar visualization platforms.
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sectors.
