What you will do

• Take ownership of the architecture and development of the cloud-native Mobile Service Cloud platform.
• Integrate various communication channels including Email, WhatsApp, and Native Voice into a unified service inbox.
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration with Marketing Cloud and Customer Data platforms.
• Drive the frontend renewal from legacy jQuery to Vue 3.
• Shape IT infrastructure and AI tooling decisions to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
• Mentor a team of 7 developers and contribute to the long-term product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience in highly complex, large-scale products.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
• Backend focus with proficiency in .NET, SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• AI fluency and a hands-on attitude toward AI-assisted development.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend development in Vue.js.
• Experience in contact center software or similar high-load communication platforms.
