What you will do
- Take ownership of the architecture and development of the cloud-native Mobile Service Cloud platform.
- Integrate various communication channels including Email, WhatsApp, and Native Voice into a unified service inbox.
- Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration with Marketing Cloud and Customer Data platforms.
- Drive the frontend renewal from legacy jQuery to Vue 3.
- Shape IT infrastructure and AI tooling decisions to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
- Mentor a team of 7 developers and contribute to the long-term product roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in highly complex, large-scale products.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
- Backend focus with proficiency in .NET, SQL, and Entity Framework.
- Solid familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- AI fluency and a hands-on attitude toward AI-assisted development.
Nice to have
- Experience with frontend development in Vue.js.
- Experience in contact center software or similar high-load communication platforms.
