What you will do

• Own the end-to-end QA strategy for a major live mobile game.
• Manage release quality through planning, regression testing, and staged rollouts.
• Define coverage for SDKs, IAPs, analytics, and remote configurations.
• Drive test automation and improve overall QA efficiency.
• Monitor live performance, investigate crashes, and provide release readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and external QA partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 4+ years of QA experience in mobile games, specifically on live-operated F2P titles.
• Strong expertise in iOS and Android release flows, including TestFlight and store tracks.
• Experience testing monetization flows, analytics, and SDK integrations.
• Proficiency with Unity, Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools for documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and English communication proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of mobile stability monitoring tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, or DataDog.
