What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize modern front-end web experiences across the digital ecosystem.
• Develop scalable front-end systems, including modular component libraries and reusable templates.
• Support website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives.
• Translate Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and page architectures.
• Improve development speed, quality, and scalability using AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue).
• Proven experience with large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization.
• Strong experience converting Figma designs/design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable architectures.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization.
• Experience with modern workflows (Git, CI/CD) and component-based architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS and web platforms (Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, Wix).
• Experience with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms.
• Experience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices.
• Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards.
