Salary: $96,132 - $162,462

What you will do
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications for GSA modernization efforts.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and AI-enabled platform functionality into the user experience.
- Translate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into reusable UI components.
- Implement new features and address defects aligned with the modernization roadmap.
- Ensure all solutions comply with federal security and accessibility requirements (e.g., Section 508, NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP).
- Contribute to DevSecOps and CI/CD practices related to front-end deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience in front-end application development.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React and NextJS (Angular or Vue also acceptable).
- Strong experience building responsive web applications using HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Git and standard collaborative workflows.
Nice to have
- Exposure to cloud-hosted or containerized application environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG).
