TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Marketplace): Leading strategy and execution for supply-side incentive programs within the Rides team with an accent on marketplace dynamics, driver engagement, and business economics. Focus on designing scalable incentive systems, analyzing complex marketplace data, and driving company-level metrics through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid model: at least 12 days per month in-office).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for supply-side incentive programs.
  • Analyze driver behavior and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and run experiments to evaluate incentive effectiveness and drive product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and operations to launch high-impact features.
  • Prioritize product features based on driver needs, business economics, and data insights.
  • Serve as the internal expert on supply economics and incentive strategy for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in marketplace, mobility, or incentives-related domains.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases and interpreting experiments.
  • Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products and driving meaningful business outcomes.
  • Ability to design systems that balance driver satisfaction with business economics.
  • Exceptional communication skills to align diverse stakeholders from engineers to leadership.
  • Fluency in using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work.

  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
