What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for biometric fraud detection capabilities.
• Analyze evolving fraud patterns, including deepfakes and injection attacks, to inform product strategy.
• Design and execute A/B tests to balance fraud prevention with user friction.
• Partner with Data Science and AI teams to optimize product metrics and false rejection rates.
• Collaborate with Growth, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert for biometrics fraud.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on product metrics and root cause diagnosis.
• Proven ability to communicate complex principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Legal.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in KYC, identity verification, or financial services.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks and AI-informed decision-making.
• Background in fincrime or biometrics fraud detection.
