What you will do

• Assist with all aspects of the administration of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.
• Handle company secretarial matters, including preparing agendas, collating board packs, and drafting minutes for routine meetings.
• Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses.
• Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes.
• Support routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
• Undertake routine office and clerical tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• A strong desire to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Basic technical knowledge (in-house training provided via hirify.global Academy).
• Essential computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and build close working relationships with clients.
