What you will do

• Directly manage and mentor Nurse Team Leads, equipping them with people management skills to drive team performance.
• Set and monitor performance metrics across multiple teams, using data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Act as a clinical escalation point for complex member and caregiver cases, ensuring sound clinical judgment.
• Champion the adoption and consistency of NCQA-compliant workflows and documentation across all teams.
• Represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums to align care quality with workforce productivity.
• Support succession planning and foster career growth pathways for the nursing leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years as a nurse leader in remote oncology navigation or case management.
• Certification as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM.
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States to perform the role.
• Proven track record of coaching emerging leaders and holding teams accountable for results.
• Experience implementing structured performance management strategies in a remote environment.

• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, video chatting tools, and electronic health records.
