What you will do

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms.
• Lead the technical response to changes in AI tools, platforms, or underlying capabilities.
• Improve visibility into AI tool configuration, usage, access administration, and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve friction in AI tooling operations by developing durable, scalable technical solutions.
• Provide leadership with clear insights into the reliability and fragility of the AI tooling stack.
• Set and uphold technical operational standards across the AI Operations team's remit.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia
• Demonstrable experience in the operational management of technical platforms, specifically AI tools.
• Strong technical aptitude in LLM platform configuration, prompt/agent configuration, and AI tool APIs.
• Ability to drive technical operational improvements to completion with high agency and ownership.
• Clear, direct technical communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize hard trade-offs and act decisively under ambiguity.
