Salary: $160,071–$188,238 CAD

What you will do
- Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Drive value and technical outcomes with customer sponsors and champions.
- Develop and scale customer lifecycle events including onboarding, business reviews, and feature adoption.
- Create high-quality technical content such as trainings, demos, and white papers.
- Represent customer feedback in internal meetings with Engineering and Product Management.
- Partner with the regional team to grow the brand and business presence.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise software, preferably in Developer Tools.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Deep process orientation and experience establishing workflows in a startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI reporting tools.
- Experience with SaaS monitoring, APM, logging, or metrics vendors.
