What you will do

• Design and own ML metrics and evaluation pipelines for offline, simulation, and on-road performance.
• Build and maintain test, regression, and hillclimbing suites to gate model releases.
• Perform automated triage of regressions to identify root causes.
• Drive model improvements through loss analysis, error mining, and data curation strategies.
• Develop analytics frameworks for dataset slicing, result aggregation, and dashboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building evaluation, metrics, or data analysis systems for ML in production.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy/Pandas) and experience working in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with ML fundamentals and basic Perception and Planning concepts in Autonomous Driving.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go or C++.
• Experience with experiment tracking tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Familiarity with statistical methods for A/B testing and noisy-metric analysis.
• Experience with data mining at scale and visualization tools like Grafana or Streamlit.
