Affiliate Partnerships Manager (Marketing): Driving revenue growth through strategic affiliate commerce partnerships across a portfolio of iconic media brands with an accent on fashion, beauty, travel, and interiors. Focus on identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating competitive CPA rates, and managing end-to-end partner relationships to meet commercial targets.

Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role requires office attendance four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do

  • Build and execute commerce partnerships across CPA and tenancy models to meet business goals.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key affiliate partners, networks, and direct merchants.
  • Negotiate competitive CPA rates and exclusive offers to maximize commercial performance.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities within fashion, beauty, interiors, and travel.
  • Collaborate with editorial and analytics teams to align partnership activity with audience trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate or merchant partnership management.
  • Proven experience in affiliate management with networks such as Skimlinks, Rakuten, CJ, or Impact.
  • Strong experience in the Fashion category with an established network of brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Background in wholesale, buying, or merchandising within a multi-brand environment.
