What you will do

• Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations using platform best practices.
• Develop custom applications and features leveraging Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Build Salesforce integrations with external applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Lead functional and technical solution architecture and design in collaboration with product owners.
• Perform periodic code reviews and analysis of platform/governor limits to ensure efficiency.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth and innovation.

Requirements

• US Citizen, Green Card, or GC-EAD status is required.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and custom web services.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features.

Nice to have

• Certified Integration Architect certification.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS cloud services.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards for continuous data quality monitoring.
