What you will do

• Serve as Functional Lead and primary client point of contact for solution design, configuration, and deployment decisions during implementations.
• Perform business process analysis, evaluation, and design to align solutions with customer operational and strategic goals.
• Create clear, detailed design documentation capturing configuration decisions for client and internal delivery teams.
• Support the project Technical Lead in implementing the customer design.
• Deliver tailored training to client stakeholders to help them adopt and sustain configured solutions.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Product to share knowledge, maintain implementation collateral, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst delivering complex software implementations or business transformation projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a Compliance or IT role supporting business activities in a professional services firm.
• 12+ years of related work experience overall.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes and operational needs of professional services firms (legal, financial services, accounting/consulting).
• Familiarity with hirify.global Compliance software or comparable compliance platforms (significant advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong independent judgment, and ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders.
