Desktop Support: Providing end-user computing support and maintenance with an accent on hardware troubleshooting, device provisioning, and Microsoft ecosystem administration. Focus on resolving complex connectivity issues, enforcing security compliance, and managing software lifecycles within a hybrid environment.

Location: Must be based in San Jose, Costa Rica (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Deliver hands-on and remote support for Windows workstations, hardware, and mobile devices.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account setup.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange distribution lists and shared mailboxes.
• Provide engineering-level support for Office 365 applications including Teams and OneDrive.
• Investigate and resolve LAN, WiFi, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Enforce device security policies using Intune and MFA.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near San Jose, Costa Rica.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or desktop support role.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as MCSA or MCSE.
• Experience with Azure Services.
• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) experience.
