Location: Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week in the office in Gdańsk, Poland

Salary: PLN 197,000.00 gross annually minimum, with higher pay based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Solid Java expertise, with proven experience in development and architectural design.
• DevOps knowledge, including AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, preferably React.
• A strong focus on end-user experience and passion for enabling people with innovative tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
