Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role.

Base salary: $83,000–$153,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise Flexera Data Platform, ensuring high-quality asset data, governance, and scalable analytics for software and hardware asset management.
• Manage infrastructure platforms end to end, including support, optimization, upgrades, continuous improvement, and change requests.
• Drive hardware and software asset lifecycle processes covering onboarding, licensing, compliance, retirement, and offboarding.
• Maintain CMDB data, software lifecycle records, documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reports; translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Packaging, Sourcing, and Evergreen teams while managing requests, priorities, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

• Hands-on IT Asset Management experience and understanding of the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Flexera Data Platform, SQL Server/SQL, and large-scale data environments.
• Understanding of infrastructure assets across data centers, cloud, and end-user environments, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Experience with software upgrades, EOL/EOS management, reporting, and preparing, submitting, and coordinating RFCs.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation for analytics, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Strong data analysis skills, including analyzing, reconciling, validating, and interpreting large and complex datasets, identifying anomalies, and resolving data issues.
• Strong Excel and SQL querying skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Meticulous, data-driven, proactive, and accountable approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, governance, compliance, controls, and audit readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating hirify.global tools and platforms, including Flexera, Access Hub, SharePoint, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Hands-on Flexera application experience is strongly preferred.
