What you will do

• Deliver full-range fund accounting services, including NAV preparation, review, and investor reporting.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to facilitate the NAV process.
• Approve fee schedules, management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations.
• Oversee Capital Calls, distributions, and ensure AML requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation and review of audited financial statements and regulatory reports.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Significant professional experience in the fund administration industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading staff.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA).
• Specific knowledge of private credit or loan products.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
