What you will do

• Own the data science product roadmap and align business objectives with model development priorities.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear product requirements for data science and engineering teams.
• Manage inbound requests from Sales and Customer Success, triaging and prioritizing based on business impact.
• Oversee the model development lifecycle, including dataset validation, model tradeoffs, and cost considerations.
• Define success metrics and ensure model quality and robustness before production release.
• Act as the central point of contact between the data science squad and the broader engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management in data-focused or technical environments.
• 2–4 years of experience managing a data science or similar technical team (Must).
• Deep understanding of data science lifecycles, scoping initiatives, and defining success metrics.
• Proven experience creating quality training data and working with large-scale datasets.
• English: Advanced proficiency required for global team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Certifications in AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
