What you will do

• Coordinate and support growth marketing initiatives, campaigns, and communications for the program
• Monitor marketing performance using data analysis and user feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience
• Track competitor updates and community feedback
• Transform product features into educational content (blog posts, emails, video scripts, and social posts)
• Maintain tutorial content so new updates are reflected on time
• Assist in preparing educational campaigns such as webinars and community events

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data (even without a deep technical background)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with many moving parts; strong communication and stakeholder management
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
• Minimum 4 days per week commitment for a 6-month internship
• Proficiency with Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) / Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
