What you will do

• Define and own strategic partnership roadmaps for key clients, aligning business objectives with company growth.
• Act as the executive-level relationship owner, building C-level trust and influencing decision-making.
• Lead complex, high-value deal cycles end-to-end, including negotiation of multi-million, multi-year agreements.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, including revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities and new business models.
• Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of account or partnership management experience within the gamedev industry.
• Four-year university degree.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business in high-tech or gamedev.
• Ability to prioritize key issues and work professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
