TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in Winnersh, UK with work-from-home options available.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

What you will do

  • Review prescription requests and patient documentation prior to prescribing and dispensing.
  • Assess patient records to ensure eligibility for treatment in line with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate missing or inconsistent information to the clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate patient and prescription records within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to operational process improvements and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
  • Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, primary care, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
