Integration Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in Taiwan (Hybrid/On-site capacity required).

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for ODM partners integrating PCIe accelerator cards and M.2 modules.
• Guide partners through hardware integration, including power, cooling, and firmware configuration.
• Provide on-site or remote support to contract manufacturers during production ramp-up and NPI phases.
• Triage production defects, perform root-cause analysis, and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with power component suppliers on qualification and field-reported anomalies.
• Document qualification outcomes and design deviations in the company PLM system.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware engineering or system-level PCB design.
• Solid understanding of digital interfaces like PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, and LPDDR.
• Proficiency with lab instruments including oscilloscopes and logic analysers.
• Experience supporting products through MPI or EVT/DVT/PVT cycles.
• Ability to configure Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and interpret inference pipelines.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred for local partner communication.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python and Bash for test automation.
• Experience with Altium Designer for schematic and layout review.
• Familiarity with embedded RTOS or BSP environments.
