Creative Design Manager

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of two designers, balancing workloads, reviewing creative work, and overseeing project delivery.
• Design and produce marketing, business development, and client engagement materials across print and digital channels.
• Translate written concepts into polished visual communications, including campaigns, websites, newsletters, advertisements, social media graphics, and event assets.
• Develop bespoke typography treatments, campaign graphics, and visual elements while maintaining the firm’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, events, creative leadership, and media production stakeholders.
• Oversee production processes, press checks, vendor coordination, technical specifications, and quality control.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional design experience and 2–5 years managing designers or creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design work for high-end or luxury clients across print and digital media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience with Figma and knowledge of UX wireframing and design principles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint master slide development and Word template and style development.
• Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and production skills; a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or corporate marketing environments.
